Shipping Policy:

Pre-Order Notice: The Joy Theory is currently accepting pre-orders. Every order placed now is a pre-order, and production will begin the week of July 20, 2026. Your order will not ship before that date, regardless of when you place it.

Processing Time: Starting July 20, 2026, all orders (including pre-orders placed before that date) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of that date or of your order date, whichever is later.

Shipping Time: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
