Refund Policy:

Pre-Order Cancellations: Since current orders are pre-orders, you may request a full refund or cancellation at any time before your order ships. Once production begins the week of July 20, 2026 and your order has shipped, standard return terms below apply.

Returns & Exchanges: Each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind — please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds go to your original payment method; allow a few business days depending on your bank.
